If your child qualifies after the initial screening, and you decide you would like to receive services from Kid-Link, our team will visit you and your child in your home to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (ISFP) so that services may begin. If you child does not qualify, or you are not interested in receiving early intervention services, resources can be provided that may benefit your child.
Evaluate your child's development with the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)! The questionnaire includes questions about your child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills.

ASQ Spanish: https://www.asqonline.com/family/42baa5
Each child learns and grows at their own pace, therefore, differences between children's accomplishments and development may or may not be a cause for concern. Possible indications of concerns include, but are not limited to:
Speech/Hearing
Vision
Social/Emotional
Thinking/Understanding
Coordination/Movement
A free screening is available for any child between birth and three years of age in one of our served counties! Contact Kid-Link today to schedule your appointment!
