The goal is to raise $5 million to strengthen services and programs provided to individuals and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout northwest Kansas.
Advance the ability to recruit and retain employees who impact individuals directly.
Make needed repairs and improvements on aging facilities and equipment (remodeling, energy efficiencies, accessibility, etc.).
Upgrade outdated technology to comply with legal and government mandates, and to streamline employee communication, documentation access, and service and time tracking.
